Over 4 transformative days you’ll experience women’s mindset coaching, empowerment workshops, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and sacred circles. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mt. Erin O’Rourke guides women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s to break free from self-doubt, shift their perspective, and create lives that feel aligned and fulfilling.

She offers 1:1 coaching, breathwork, meditation, and retreats designed to nurture confidence, clarity, and balance through practical tools and soulful experiences.

Our days at Mt. Shasta will be filled with morning rituals to center and ground, breathwork for clarity and renewal, guided meditation and visualization, journaling sessions, sacred women’s circles, gentle hikes through the mountain’s trails, nourishing meals shared in community, and spacious time for reflection and heartfelt connection.

Accomodations

Our retreat takes place in a stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bath cabin that sleeps up to 20 women, nestled in a private cove of Lake Shasta. This home was designed for both comfort and connection — the perfect setting for gathering, reflecting, and restoring.

Schedule

Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding

The mountain greets you the moment you arrive — steady, strong, and breathtaking. After settling into your accommodations, you’ll gather for a wholesome welcome dinner. Our opening circle will set intentions and ground us in the energy of Shasta. Through guided meditation and reflection, you’ll begin to leave behind the noise of daily life and prepare to step fully into this meaningful time for yourself.

Day 2 – Reflection & Release

We begin with morning meditation and breathwork to create space within. Through journaling and mindset exercises, you’ll reflect on the stories you’ve carried and gently release what no longer serves you. A guided hike through the mountain’s serene trails offers both grounding and inspiration. In the evening, a candlelit circle invites you to share and be witnessed, deepening the connection with yourself and the women around you.

Day 3 – Renewal & Rising

This is your day of awakening. Sunrise meditation and visualization practices will ignite a sense of possibility and power. You’ll spend the day weaving together breathwork, nature, and circle sharing, reconnecting with your inner strength and joy. After dinner, we’ll gather beneath Shasta’s starlit sky for an evening of breathwork and reflection — a moment to rise fully into the woman you are becoming.

Day 4 – Integration & Celebration

Our final morning is devoted to gratitude, clarity, and integration. Through journaling, visualization, and group ceremony, you’ll anchor your insights and carry them forward with confidence. Over a nourishing breakfast, we’ll celebrate the journey we’ve shared, closing the circle with laughter, tears, and renewed energy. You’ll leave the mountain lighter, clearer, and ready to step into your life with fresh strength and vision.
